Frequently asked questions
A run is one complete execution of a workflow from trigger to final step. If a workflow is triggered but stopped mid-way (e.g., by an approval rejection with no further steps), it still counts as one run.
AI steps are included in the Team and Business plans. We use our own LLM credits to run GPT-4o and Claude steps — there's no separate OpenAI billing for you. On the Starter plan, AI steps are not available.
Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle. We prorate upgrades to give you credit for unused time on your previous plan.
We accept payment in USD by default. If your company requires JPY invoicing for procurement purposes, please contact us — we can arrange annual invoicing in JPY for Business plan customers.
All customer data is stored in Japan-region data centers. We do not transfer workflow run data outside Japan. See our security page for details on data residency and encryption.
